Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The Student Counsellor supports students’ emotional and professional growth by developing and monitoring counselling programs while providing educational and vocational guidance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Listen to students’ concerns in a nonjudgmental manner.
- Develop solutions and achievable goals with students.
- Mediation and resolution of conflicts.
- Provide career guidance and skills assessment.
- Assist with admissions applications and tests.
- Offer resources for mental health and vocational activities.
- Report suspected neglect or abuse to authorities.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology with 3-5 years of educational counselling experience preferred.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: ₹40,00 – ₹50,00/month
