Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Flight Booking Executive, you will manage domestic and international flight bookings, utilizing GDS tools like Amadeus and Galileo. Your role involves handling cancellations, re-bookings, and refunds while providing excellent client coordination. You will monitor airline fares, suggest cost-effective options, and aid in team coordination.
Qualifications Required: Minimum 12th pass with experience in ticketing; graduates with relevant certifications (IATA, etc.) preferred.
Key Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems, good communication skills in Hindi & basic English, understanding of fare rules, multitasking ability under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,220.04 – ₹36,128.56 per month
