Job Description

Role Overview: We seek a Land Acquisition Executive to identify and acquire large plots (1–2 acres and above) for residential or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable land and engage directly with landowners.
- Negotiate rates to achieve the best prices.
- Conduct land evaluations and prepare reports on amenities, transport access, and growth potential.
- Coordinate with management to finalize deals and handle all legal documentation.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of land dealings, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in sales required.
Salary: ₹15,00 per month with attractive benefits.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
