Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Reception cum Admin Executive to join our team at Castolin Eutectic. In this role, you will manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and professionally handle phone calls and emails. You will also assist with administrative support, including arranging equipment for new employees and maintaining attendance records.
Your tasks will include liaising with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring office utilities function smoothly, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
