Join our dynamic team at EasetoLearn as a Customer Support Executive. You will be the primary contact for our institutional clients, resolving their issues and providing onboarding support to enhance product adoption across educational institutions.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues, conducting training sessions, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate client records. A Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of customer support experience are required, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.

Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month

Benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement.
