Job Description
We are hiring a Senior AR Caller with hands-on experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities: AR follow-up, manage aging reports, resolve denials, document activities, and communicate with insurers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 1+ years of experience in AR calling, strong RCM understanding, excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00/month
