Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for various non-IT roles including Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with onsite recruiters and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business units.
- Build effective sourcing strategies to meet job expectations.
- Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruiting.
- Understanding of non-technical domains and VMS/ATS experience.
