Job Description
Talent Connect 360 is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their education and migration-related queries for Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage voice calls professionally.
- Provide information on study options and visa processes.
- Update client records in the CRM.
- Ensure resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in voice processes preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Willingness to work Australian hours.
