Job Description
ARG HEALTH CARE is seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers at the shop.
- Clearly explaining product features, pricing, and offers.
- Politely and professionally answering customer queries.
- Maintaining customer records and following up when needed.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
