Job Description
Role Summary: Manage product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
- Enter service details accurately into the POS system.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Support customer database maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-3 years customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
