Job Description
KITEX LIMITED is seeking a motivated Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. This role involves handling communication, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage check-ins.
- Answer and redirect phone calls.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
- Schedule and book travel arrangements.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide support to resolve visitor concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience in travel coordination is a plus.
