Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to oversee our training functions. Responsibilities include training employees, supervising lower-level management, and coordinating technical programs. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this role.
Candidates must identify training needs, develop training material, maintain training records, and manage vendor relationships. Freshers and college students aged 18-30 with proficiency in Tamil are encouraged to apply.
