Job Description
Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking IGM (Import General Manifest) and checking essential shipping documents, including B/L (Bill of Lading), Invoice, PL (Packing List), and COO (Certificate of Origin). You will coordinate vehicle placement from the port to the warehouse or client and manage relationships with CFS (Container Freight Station), freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Additional responsibilities include facilitating duty payments, maintaining checklists, and following up on customs clearance processes.
