We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join Accurex Biomedical Pvt Ltd. This vital role involves nurturing customer relationships and implementing customer-centric programs aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of data entries and approvals for pickups.
- Ensure timely feedback to customers on faulty kits.
- Evaluate returned defective reagents and collaborate with QA/QC teams to identify issues.
- Field visits to resolve customer complaints.
- Manage claim settlements.
Qualifications: B.Sc MLT/DMLT with 1+ year experience.
