Job Description
We are Digital Dots, a leading digital marketing agency located in Mumbai. We are seeking to hire Customer Care Representatives to manage client inquiries effectively.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will resolve customer queries via phone calls and chat. Please note that the position involves entirely outbound calls and requires working in rotational shifts.
We offer a full-time job with a competitive salary ranging from ₹22,589.00 to ₹32,965.29 per month. Additional benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and a performance bonus. Some processes may also provide cab facilities.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and in-person work location.
