Job Description
Job Summary:
The CDP for Continental Cuisine leads the preparation and presentation of exquisite Continental dishes, supervising junior staff to ensure high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare Continental dishes as per the menu.
- Supervise kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure portion control and stock rotation.
- Contribute to new recipe development.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in Continental cuisine, strong culinary and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month | Benefits: Food provided, Provident Fund
