Responsibilities:
- Assist customers using DrinkPrime’s protocols.
- Communicate courteously and resolve inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate across different teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Measure customer satisfaction and suggest service improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Empathy and a good sense of humor.
