Job Description

- Filing returns and ensuring compliance with ROC, BSE, NSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Preparing legal documents and agreements.
- Coordinating ESOP schemes with SEBI and stock exchanges.
- Analyzing SEBI circulars and impact analysis.
