Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated male Manager on Duty (MOD) with over 2 years of hospital experience to join our team at Oxiv. The successful candidate will supervise daily operations across all departments during assigned shifts, address escalated customer service issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring cleanliness and safety, conducting shift briefings, resolving employee conflicts, and acting as an emergency contact during incidents. You will also manage handovers between shifts and report on maintenance issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
