OneMed & A2Z Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, address their queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of customer queries.
- Providing accurate information and troubleshooting solutions.
- Escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility for various shifts.
