Job Description
ACCURATE SYSTEMS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers, understand their requirements, and record calls, complaints, and service requests accurately. You will explain our service policies and provide timely updates about service status.
The ideal candidate will also handle telemarketing tasks, collect customer feedback, and manage post-service issues efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
Pay starts from ₹12,00.00 per month, and benefits include cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Work location is in person.
