The HR Executive will support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll, and employee engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, oversee attendance and leave management, support payroll tasks, maintain employee records, and assist in compliance with statutory regulations.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
