Job Description
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and guide customers through product selection
- Recommend gemstones and sacred items based on customer needs
- Convert leads into successful sales and exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in high-value B2C selling
- Strong communication in Hindi and/or English
- Must have a personal laptop
