Job Description
myG Digital Hub is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or chat, provide troubleshooting support, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
