Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to enhance customer engagement and sales support within our team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries professionally through various communication channels.
Your key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, scheduling appointments, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with the sales team. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹14,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, including health insurance and provident fund benefits.
