Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to process invoices, make timely and accurate payments, and track expenses for the organization.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Vendor Master creation.
- Ensure timely payments to expense vendors and maintain foreign currency expenses.
- Manage tax matters related to expenses.
- Oversee Agreement Management: follow up on renewals and terminations of agreements.
- Provide necessary information to auditors and other departments as required.
