Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our team at Malabar Gold and Diamonds, located at our Regional office HR, M G Road, Ernakulam.
Gender: Female (only)
Age: Above 21
Qualification: Any Graduation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from ₹18,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain visitor data in Visitor Management.
- Handle telephone operations professionally.
- Coordinate seating arrangements in the reception area.
- Assist the HR team with sourcing, onboarding, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
