Job Description
Jalan Group of Industries is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Utilize various channels for headhunting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Organize and attend job fairs and industry events.
- Stay updated on industry trends to target potential candidates.
