Job Description
THE COVAI CAREERS is seeking a motivated and fluent Telugu-speaking Telecaller to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. Manage inbound and outbound calls, explain products or services, and resolve customer queries for satisfaction. Proficiency in Telugu is essential; knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving calls to inform customers.
- Providing accurate product information.
- Building positive customer relationships.
- Maintaining call logs and records.
- Meeting sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹17,00/month
