Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Role: We seek a responsible Back Office Executive to handle online fee collections from guardians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with guardians regarding fee payments.
- Maintain transaction records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with accounts for smooth fee processing.
- Use online platforms for payment processing.
- Provide reminders for timely payments.
Requirements: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass), basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month.
