Job Description

Client: Vodafone Idea
Location: Kochi (Office-Based)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹12,00 per month
Role Overview: We are seeking a professional Telecaller to handle post-sales customer interactions. This role includes confirming sales, explaining plan benefits, and assisting with payment collection.
Key Responsibilities: Confirm customer sales, collect information, communicate plan features, assist with payments, and maintain detailed records.
Requirements: Strong communication in Malayalam, basic English, previous customer support experience, and basic computer skills.
Compensation: Fixed salary with a performance bonus and benefits like cell phone reimbursement.
