Job Description
Ascendas Technologies is seeking a dedicated Junior Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing the office, assisting associates in optimizing procedures, sorting and distributing communications, and creating and updating records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related issues and malfunctions
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties as needed
Qualifications: Tamil candidates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹15,912.10 – ₹20,060.99 per month.
