Job Description
N’casa Hygiene Solutions is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in the hospitality industry or deep cleaning services. The candidate must have a four-wheeler license, good communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cleaning operations.
- Ensure quality control according to company standards.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct site inspections pre- and post-service.
- Maintain client satisfaction and manage feedback.
Salary: up to ₹20,00.00/month + performance incentives + accommodation provided. PNCC certificate required; married males preferred.
