Job Description
Location: Mani Casadona IT Building, East Tower, 15th Floor, Street Number 372, Action Area I, IIF, Newtown, Kolkata, Chakpachuria, West Bengal
Employment Type: 4-Month Contract | Shift Type: Rotational (Night Shift included) | Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join Tech Mahindra as a Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Flexibility in rotational shifts is required.
Qualifications: Minimum HSC, freshers preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: ₹14,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month.
