Job Description
SRM Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Secretary with over 8 years of experience. The successful candidate will expertly manage the Director’s schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and efficiently handle administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s schedule and appointments.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle personal errands and maintain confidentiality.
