Job Description
MEDIHYMNS PHARMA PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will adapt to industry changes and policies while understanding customer needs through quality conversations. Responsibilities include answering emails and making calls, connecting with customers, processing orders, and coordinating with the Sales Team. Additionally, you will instruct the Warehouse on Order Fulfillment, manage trade show bookings, and work with our CRM system.
