We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat—no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification tasks.
- Follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass/Graduate, good written English, typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
