Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Ather Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and explaining repair estimates, costs, and timeframes.
- Obtaining customer approvals for repairs and additional work.
- Scheduling service appointments and allocating work to technicians.
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s service status.
- Conducting final checks to ensure vehicle cleanliness before delivery.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Leave encashment

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
