We are looking for a motivated People Business Partner to enhance our retail division. You will implement HR strategies aligned with business goals while leading the Learning and Development Center of Excellence (COE) for the region.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with leaders on HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent development, and designing effective training programs. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and experience in a retail environment are required.
