Job Description
Sarvajith Infotech is seeking a detail-oriented Company Secretary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain statutory records, and support board and shareholder relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the board with governance and strategic matters
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain company records and handle correspondence
- Provide legal and advisory support to senior management
