Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team at Triedge Solutions in Pune. Your role will involve posting load details into our ERP system and monitoring transporter groups for efficient logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry from WhatsApp groups into the ERP system.
- Resolve vendor/user issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Back Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,00.00 per month
