Job Description
Thakkolam is seeking a skilled Chef specializing in Traditional Kerala Dishes. The ideal candidate will prepare authentic meals including sadhya items, seafood, beef fry, puttu, and appam while maintaining the original taste, aroma, and presentation. Responsibilities include kitchen management, planning daily menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring timely food delivery during peak hours.
The candidate must ensure ingredient quality, uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, control costs, and meet customer satisfaction through feedback. Effective teamwork and time management skills are essential.

Pay: ₹14,779.08 – ₹49,251.78 per month
