Job Description
Join our team at cherishX as a Customer Service Post Sales representative! Your role will include:
- Answering client correspondences via email, social media, and phone.
- Relaying extensive product information to customers.
- Closing sales for the company.
- Filing customer records including contact information, purchases, and billings.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback.
- Providing clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting calls to other departments for advanced solutions.
- Managing orders and ensuring prompt delivery.
