Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Credit Analyst in our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). This role involves underwriting and structuring Real Estate Investment proposals, primarily focusing on the West Market while conducting detailed due diligence.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external vendors for technical, valuation, and legal counsel, conducting micro-market analysis, monitoring investments, and identifying potential stresses to recommend corrective measures.
Candidates must have a strong grasp of industry, financial, and credit principles, along with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and financial modeling skills.
