Job Description
Mindlogic Renewables is seeking a dedicated Quality & Production Supervisor for our CNC machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing Process charts and Engineering drawings
- Allocating machines and manpower effectively
- Coordinating with clients
- Supervising procurement processes
- Overseeing quality inspection
- Managing dispatch operations
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting at ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits include life insurance, overtime pay, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The position requires in-person work, with a day shift schedule.

Requirements
