Job Description
Zeblaze Solutions LLP is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities: Manage customer queries, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex matters, document interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up until resolved.
Requirements: 1-year technical support experience, excellent communication in English & Hindi, strong problem-solving abilities, and efficient management of interactions.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month plus benefits.
