Role Summary: Manage flight bookings and provide exceptional travel services to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and modify domestic/international flight tickets.
- Offer travel guidance and resolve customer inquiries.
- Operate GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Verify passenger details for compliance.
- Promote additional travel services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Travel and Tourism degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in ticketing.
- Proficient in GDS and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
