Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SPE/SME for Written Correspondence to join our team at Cognizant. This position will report to the Team Leader and focuses on resolving customer complaints through detailed research and written communication.
Your key responsibilities include analyzing complaints, providing comprehensive responses, and collaborating with various departments. A background in customer service and experience in US Mortgage processes is preferred.
The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, excellent written communication abilities, and can work independently. Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST) is required.
