Job Description
Siraj Associates is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction management team in Kakkanad. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to gain practical exposure in a structured, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting
- Monitor material consumption and cost control on-site
- Handle client and contractor billing documentation
- Conduct site measurements and quantity reconciliation
- Liaise with site engineers and vendors for real-time updates.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
