Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide specialist support and coordination in the implementation of Talent/Leadership and Organisation Development Strategy, plans, and policies. You will be responsible for supporting talent programmes and processes, contributing to local plans, and ensuring alignment with the global talent strategy. Key responsibilities include designing programmes, coordinating implementation activities, and developing strong networks within the organization. You will also collaborate with external partners and contribute to HR projects while supporting analysis and reporting of interventions.
